HUMASON AIRS NEW CABLE SHOW Don Humason, Westfield's State Representative, announced the latest installment of his cable show will feature Westfield on Weekends and its third annual Dickens Days events in December. Bob Plasse, President of the board of directors of Westfield on Weekends, is the featured guest. He and Humason discuss the Westfield on Weekends organization and its Dickens Days month-long schedule of special events. Westfield on Weekends is an all-volunteer not-for-profit organization that produces many community events like Dickens Days. The Westfield Dickens Days celebration includes opportunities for kids to meet with Santa Clause, ice skating, puppet shows, arts and crafts, antiques and collectables shopping, performances of classic seasonal tales, many concerts and musicals, and pet pictures with Santa, as well as a living Nativity, a historic homes tour, and much more. For a Dickens Days event calendar brochure or more information call Westfield on Weekends, 562-2277, or visit their website www.westfieldonweekends.org. "I hope folks will watch the show and learn more about Westfield on Weekends and what they do here for the community," Humason said. "I really enjoyed the last few years of Dickens Days and look forward to seeing everyone at all the great events again this year." Humason's cable show is produced by Mark St. Jean at the Westfield State College Communications Department studio. Students from the college also assist in the production. * * *
