While I like Brad Jones very much and appreciate his six years of service as Leader, I think we in the Minority Party need a new messenger to deliver the new message of our Republican caucus.” Humason pledged his support for Evangelidis and offered any help he could to take the caucus and the Party in a new direction. He said he thinks the Party should begin recruiting candidates for 2010 now so that Republican legislators could begin to work with them regarding important policy issues and aspects of positive campaigning.
